The registration fee applies to the entire event, or as individual fees for specific sessions for in person or on-line registration. The Organizing Team will confirm your registration. If you register online, a confirmation letter including a Pro-forma invoice will be automatically sent to you.

1 This Fee applies exclusively to regional (Balkan) economies classified by the World Bank list as low-income, lower-middle-income or upper-middle-income. The countries included are Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia.
*This designation is without prejudice to positions on status and is in accordance with UNSCR 1244/1999 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo declaration of independence.
2 Student definition: Participants enrolled in a university or residency program at the time of registration. Students/residents that are not EWDA members are asked to upload proof of eligibility (university enrollment) when registering.

ADDITIONAL CONFERENCE EVENTS (ADD-ONS)
Enhance your conference experience with our add-on options – the Student Workshop, EWDA Network Meeting, Regional Workshop & Panel Discussion on Wildlife Diseases, and the Post-Conference Tour.
During the registration, when the type of the Conference registration fee in the online registration tool, the possibility to choose the attendance at additional meetings & Post conference tour will become available. Besides the Regional Workshop - Panel discussion on Wildlife diseases that will be available free of charge for all participants paying the Conference fee (but please check/confirm your participation intention by checking the appropriate box as the information for the organizers), for the attendance at the Students' workshop, EWDA Network meeting and Post conference trip the additional fee applied according to the information given in the "add-ons Table" below. if you wish to participate in some or on all of them, after you check the appropriate box, your attendance will be registered, and the additional fee will be charged (please see the available add-ons and fees below).
Students’ Workshop is dedicated to the thematic subjects of interest for the students and chosen by the EWDA students management team. All the students are invited to participate in this meeting and besides students, some number of invited speakers/presenters among senior professionals and/or researchers will be invited (the invited presenters do not pay the registration fee for that workshop). EWDA Network Meeting is dedicated to EWDA Network members. For the program and subjects of this meeting and other relevant and additional information please visit the EWDA Network meeting page: will be available soon
Student & Mentor Mixer is a social event dedicated to the connection of students with potential mentors, i.e. event during which the students try to find their future mentors. During the online registration process, the possibility to participate (free of charge) will be open for both regular (senior) and student participants in person. By checking the Student & Mentor Mixer event box you register/announce your intention to participate in that event. To finalize this intention, you will be asked to fill in the questionnaire (the questionnaire for students and the questionnaire for mentors will be available). It is necessary to fill out these questionnaires so that organizers can connect students and potential mentors in relation to their background and topics of interest and research. Although this event is free of charge for all registered participants only the students and seniors (potential mentors) that filled the questionnaire and later on chosen and invited by EWDA students’ management team will attend this event at the end. Regional Workshop & Panel Discussion on Wildlife Diseases meeting is dedicated to the issues and gaps in wild animal health control, in the management of wild animals, hunting grounds and hunting associations, surveillance (monitoring) and diseases control programs in wildlife in the region (Balkan), the main issues of wild animal health and the sustainability, polices available and those are missing, etc. The meeting is mainly of interest & is dedicated to the animal health authorities and animal health professionals from the Balkan region, but the participation of wider audience is also welcome. The meeting language is expected to be the national languages from the region and the English language.

* This Regional Workshop & Panel discussion on Wildlife diseases is FREE OF CHARGE for all participants that paid the Conference fee for in person attendance at the Conference (for all participants’ categories except for the accompanying persons)
** This fee is applied for the Virtual participants (either professionals or students)
*** This fee is only necessary for the participants that are not participants of the main Conference (i.e., who did not pay the registration fee for the main conference) and who wish to participate only at Regional Workshop & Panel discussion. Cancellation and refund policy
By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy. A request for cancellation of the registration should be made to the secretariat via email at ewda2026@congrexpo.co.rs until July 26, 2026, 23:59 CEST. In case of cancellation of participation, registration fees will be refunded minus a handling fee of 30 € per person. After that date, a refund of registration fees is not available.
Refunds will be issued after the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros. EWDA 2026 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
