  • The abstract text should not exceed 400 words (title, authors names and affiliations not included) and must fit onto one page. If you would like to insert a figure (one maximum) please use the insert picture command and paste special as an enhanced metafile for ease of handling.
  • A small table can be inserted instead. Both, the figure or small table should be inserted below the text of the abstract (including keywords and funding sources). If a figure or table are included, take note that all of your abstract must fit onto one page.

Incorrect formatting may result in your abstract being returned to you for corrections. The abstract will not be reviewed, so the authors take full responsibility for the text of the abstract and English language clarity or correctness.

However, accepted presenters (both oral and poster) need to register by July 31, 2026, otherwise the Scientific Committee will assume that they are not able to attend the conference and will find a replacement, i.e. in-presence attendance is required for accepted presenters (both oral and poster).
